Jacob is an SME development consultant with expertise in entrepreneurship development and training, strategic planning and management for growing businesses. He has advanced degrees in Business Leadership. Over the past 20 years he has worked with national and international organisations and coordinated several development projects of the ILO and UNIDO promoting employment through policy development, institutional capacity building, and entrepreneurship development.
He has designed and implemented SME programmes in Ghana and other African countries including, South Africa, Botswana, Ethiopia and Sierra Leone, Zambia, Malawi in collaboration with other organisations such as Enterprise Africa and the IFC. He has also provided consultancy services for many private companies in Ghana and elsewhere through training, preparation of strategic and business plans and coaching. Jacob foundered the Pinnacle Business Link Ltd.
Henry is an Engineer and a Financial & Management Consultant. He has worked with Public Sector Organizations in Ghana and development partners in such areas as; Youth and Employment Programmes, Development of Guidelines and Operational Manual for Establishment of Management Services Units for Ministries, Department and Agencies (MDAs) using the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development (MLGRD) as Pilot MDAs.
Henry has copious experience in strategic planning from such experience as being the key facilitator for Deloitte & Touche Consulting for strategic management training programmes organized for Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited. He also worked extensively with Pinnacle Business Link Ltd in their strategic planning workshops. He participated in the Restructuring/Reform Programme of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as a Principal Consultant while working with Deloitte & Touche Consulting (WA). Combining his proficiency in engineering and finance makes him an excellent investment analyst. Henry participated in studies for the construction, operation and management of a co-generation plant using saw-dust and other waste from the timber industry in Kumasi.
Robert Gyasi Nsiah
Mr. Nsiah was trained in the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India in 1987. He has proven expertise in Development of Policies, Strategies and Programmes for Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) Development. He has conducted a number of technology assessment Surveys and Business Opportunity Surveys for identification of Small Business Opportunities and Preparation of Investment Profiles. These he did through his work with FIT Programme, and International Labour Organisation's (ILO). He has experience in Grassroots Mobilisation and Animation, Design, Conduct and Evaluation of Entrepreneurial and Management Training Programmes for Income Generating Groups and other Operators in the Micro and Small Business sector.
Nana K. Adomako
Nana is an accredited Entrepreneurship Development Trainer and has many years work experience with the National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI) as a Senior Trainer/Motivator. He has proficiency in the use of ILO's Improve Your Business (IYB) programme and Sub-Sector Analysis which has been useful in his duties as a Business Advisor for NBSSI in Ashanti and Greater Accra Regions of Ghana. These responsibilities engaged him in Credit delivery, monitoring, recovery and documentations thereof. He has years of practice in facilitation of Management Appreciation Seminars and extension services to SME entrepreneurs and he has coordinated activities of SMEs with other support institutions.
Celestine Seth Habadah
Celestine is a chartered accountant by profession with over 20 years of proven expertise in Auditing and consultancy. He has been involved in the auditing of construction, commercial, manufacturing companies, financial institutions, Government of Ghana, parastatals, local governments, projects and non-profit organisations.
His Consultancy assignments have been in areas of performance assessments, development of training materials and training workshops facilitation. He was responsible for the development of curriculum and training manual on Financial and Procurement Procedures for Ghana Aids Response Fund (GARFUND).
Celestine developed materials for the evaluation of investment proposals using Financial Management Techniques for use in capacity building for MDAs.
Anthony Norris Bentum
Anthony holds an MBA (Finance) degree from the School of Business, University of Ghana (1999), B.A. (Hons) Degree in Economics and Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast (1989). Anthony has over ten (10) years consulting experience in both the public and private sectors. His core areas are in business/strategic planning, socioeconomic research, impact assessment and evaluation studies, market studies and training.
Notable public sector clients are the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MOTI), Ministry for Private Sector Development and President's Special Initiatives (MPSD/PSI), National Association of Local Authorities, Ghana (NALAG), VRA Resettlement Trust Fund, Ghana Water Company Limited and the District Assemblies of Hohoe, Kedjebi, Suhum Kraboa Coaltar, and Kwahu South.
Private sector clients include the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), ILO/FitGhana, European Union Business Assistance Scheme (EBAS), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Africa Project Development Facility (APDF), Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA) and ARB Apex Bank Limited. Komla Semenyo Deku
Mr. Komla Semenyo Deku is a Charted Accountant and a fellow of the Institute of Charted Accountants (F.C.A). He has over 20 years experience as a tutor and a consultant in various organizations. He has proven expertise in public sector performance improvement, financial management systems and business support and advisory services. He successfully designed financial management systems and prepared accounting, administrative, financial operating and monitoring manuals for the Danish Support to District Assemblies (DSDA) II Programme, DANIDA Health Sector Support Programme and UNDP/CEDECOM in many districts in the Ghana. He is experienced in carrying out due diligence for investors wishing to buy businesses in Ghana. He is also a trainer for SME development, rural and micro finance institutions. He prepared a Financial Management Training Manual for Cost Centre Heads of Ministries Departments and Agencies (MDAs) and conducted needs assessment for many District Assemblies in Ghana.
He has occupied various positions in his career as Project Accountant, Consultant for funds and investments, Financial Analyst, Accounts Manager and Audit Assistant in various organizations. At EMPRETEC – Ghana he successfully reviewed many business plans and feasibility study reports for entrepreneurs in various kinds of businesses. He has rich international expertise in financial planning and budgeting, procurement and stores management and has worked in many African countries including Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia, Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire, Uganda, South Africa.
Yaa Addae (Mrs), Training Manager
She holds BA Degree in sociology from the University of Ghana, and in is currently pursuing an MBA- HRM option from the University of Ghana business School. Her main job description at Pinnacle Business Link is to coordinate and manage the training activities for Pinnacle Business Link; to recommend skill upgrading inputs for trainers at Pinnacle for market leadership in management training, spearhead scheduling of training workshop with PBL team and logistics management and coordination of external trainers towards delivery among others.
Felix Kledson Damalie, Training Assistant
He holds a Bachelor of Education Accounting and Business Management from the University of Cape Coast. He is currently doing his National Service with Pinnacle Business Link. His job schedule is to assist in the Training Coordinator in coordinate and manages the training activities for Pinnacle Business Link; he did his project work in The Use of Computers in Teaching and Learning of Accounting in Senior High Schools. He is a peer educator and also took part in seminars and conferences including the second National Youth Camp for Peace organized in Ho under the auspices of Ministry of Education Youth and Sports.
